As mediation is not a legal process, but an effort to create solutions based on enhanced interpersonal relationships, open discussions and leveraging an understanding for different viewpoints, it tends to bring different parties to an acceptable mutual understanding and consensus regarding facts, as well as the reasonable outcome of a situation.

Mediation doesn’t aim to produce winners or losers. It aims to clear misunderstandings and assuring rational outcomes. It involves all parties, working together with a facilitator, earnestly searching for the best solution for everyone involved.
